On Fri. Apr. 20, we will do:

Is the Objectivity of Morality Relevant to Whether the Law Should Refer to Moral Considerations?
Reading: Jeremy Waldron, The Irrelevance of Moral Objectivity, in Natural Law Theory: Contemporary Essays 158 (Robert P. George ed., 1992) [I will email this to you]

The requirements for the course will consist of three very short (ca. 2-page) papers and a take-home final. In lieu of the take-home you can write a 15-20 page paper (which will involve a first draft and a rewrite).
