The text for the course will be the manuscript of a textbook
I have been working on for a number of years. Readings will be
available on-line a week before each class session. They are password
protected. I will give the participants in the class the login name and
password in December, with the first week's reading. The syllabus for the course will be filled out as the class progresses. (The reason is that I rewrite the book manuscript each time I teach the course, which can result in some substantial changes.) To get an idea of what material will be covered, take a look at the 2008 syllabus. |
